This new project is something that’s been looming over my head for a while now. To put it simply, I admire and applaud anyone who can cook a good meal, and more specifically, restaurants that can provide good eats. Ever since I decided to study food/food science/nutrition, I’ve learned to appreciate quality food, what goes into making it, and how to enjoy eating it!
